Amanda Metzger, known professionally as “The Fix-It Queen,” is a performance strategist and the one and only Certified Value Coach Master Trainer. As the Founder of ESG Impact Holdings Inc. and Bring More Value Inc., she specializes in building structured systems that drive profitability, accountability, and scalable growth.
Amanda’s expertise lies in transforming complex ideas into executable frameworks—aligning capital, operations, and performance metrics to ensure that businesses not only launch, but succeed. Her leadership is grounded in real-world implementation, with a focus on disciplined execution, measurable outcomes, and long-term value creation.
Matt Mackintosh – Managing Operator, Head of Execution
Matt Mackintosh leads execution across the ESG Impact Holdings portfolio, ensuring that projects move from concept to reality with clarity and accountability. With a strong operational background and direct involvement in portfolio company development, Matt oversees implementation, milestone tracking, and performance delivery.
As both an operator and capital contributor, he plays a critical role in aligning project execution with funding requirements—ensuring that each initiative meets its objectives while maintaining operational discipline.
Anthony Panasuk – Financial Analyst & Accounting Lead
Anthony Panasuk supports the financial infrastructure of ESG Impact Holdings, providing oversight on financial modeling, reporting, and capital allocation across the portfolio. His role focuses on maintaining financial clarity, supporting funding strategies, and ensuring that each project aligns with defined financial expectations.
